![]() As anaconda is free of cost it's a define recommendation for any organization or individual. One thing that I have experienced is that on installing a lot of packages the application becomes a bit slow. Most of the basic packages are preinstalled with anaconda and other latest packages can be downloaded at your fingertips easily. The application takes a bit of time to launch but once when it is started it goes on smoothly. Overall: Though anaconda provides a lot of python applications I have only used Jupyter Notebooks and Spyder IDE. (-) It has some bugs but I hope most of them get resolved soon. There's the conda package manager, which comes in handy when trying to use different cutting edge research github repositories (seriously, some of these use wildly different package versions of OpenCV, Keras, Tensorflow, and whatnot.
